Azerbaijan-China Visa Exemption Agreement Set to Take Effect in 2025
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan announced that all necessary domestic legal procedures for the entry into force of the visa exemption agreement with China have been completed. The agreement, signed on April 23 in Beijing, will officially become effective on July 16, 2025.
Key provisions of the agreement include:
Visa-free travel for ordinary passport holders from both countries.
Permitted stays of up to 30 days per visit.
A cumulative limit of 90 days within any 180-day period for short-term visits or transit.
