It proposes generating a robust recruitment ambience via measures like playing promotional videos, hanging banners, posting posters, and handing out brochures. Moreover, it advocates integrating recruitment drives into events such as freshman military training, campus job fairs, and graduation ceremonies to ensure targeted communication.
The notice also suggests customized promotional methods based on students’ academic levels and grade features.
