Foreign nationals deported, denied entry, fined ¥2000-3000

Foreign Nationals Deported for Using Altered Documents to Enter China

Between November 23 and 25, the Beijing Border Control Station at Beijing Airport identified and handled two separate cases where individuals attempted to enter China using forged documents. In accordance with the Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People’s Republic of China, the authorities imposed a fine of 3,000 RMB on the offenders, revoked their Chinese visas, and deported them.

Six Illegal Immigrants Detained at Guangdong Baiyun Airport

On November 25, the Baiyun Border Control Station in Guangzhou apprehended six individuals involved in illegal immigration activities. Following the relevant provisions of the Exit and Entry Administration Law of China, four individuals attempting to enter the country illegally were refused entry, while two others who were attempting to exit illegally were fined 2,000 RMB each. The documents used in these cases were also confiscated.
