A 41-year-old foreign national was arrested in Hong Kong on Saturday around 11:15 am at Kai Tak Waterfront Promenade for allegedly flying a drone in a restricted zone. Police suspect him of operating an unmanned aircraft without authorization and breaching flight regulations. A small drone was seized at the scene. The arrest follows temporary no-fly restrictions imposed during the 15th National Games to safeguard competition venues. Authorities reminded drone users to review the Small Unmanned Aircraft Orderbefore flying.
